Didn't know actual fruit dealers were fans of "A Fruit Dealer". Heck, I just admire him because he is the top Zerg player in the world. *bites into an apple*

Taking your GF out on dates is a waste of practice time though. Which is far more valuable than money.

Filcos aren't gaming keyboards incidentally. They are just super-high-quality keyboards with normal 104/87-key layouts

If you guys want anymore information on that keyboard, or any other mechanical keyboards, stop by geekhack.org. Everything you would ever want to know about keyboards is located there.

Could be a tad lighter when new but after some wear in they are perfect and the "Sanwa" of keyboards for me. sidenote: no keyboard has been made that matches the characteristics of a Sanwa arcade button. It would be awesome. And pro users only ;-) Notebook feel with soft touch keys sounds really stressful on the hands. Personally I find 'notebook feel' to feel very... ambiguous for lack of a better word. Not exactly the best thing to be feeling when operating a device that needs to be responsive to split second reactions. I supposed I could suffer through it can get used to it but why bother when mechanical keys feel better to begin with?

he was using a G9.
then one day i tried playing on it.
what did it feel like you wonder? It felt like the heavens <3 okay maybe a little to over the top but yeah, it's an amazing mouse, the mousebuttons have AMAZING response and it really goes where you want it to go
p.s what's the difference between those "blue" and "brown" key things on the keyboard?

Saiteks rank up there in terms of best feel from a rubber dome board for me. Not bad at all. The paint or whatever strips right off the Cyborg's keys though
The Logitech Internet 350 is also decent, along with Keytronic's boards

I personally think dropping hundreds on mice and keyboards is a waste. There are slight benefits, but for the most part I think it's more about personal preference. If I recall correctly, most SC1 progamers use Logitech Mini Optical and Samsung DT35, which together should cost less than 100, then you have this keyboard for 140 by itself.

Blue switches have a tactile click during the keypress that indicates activation. Brown switches have a tiny tactile "bump" (difficult to even notice) that indicates activation.
