In windowed (full screen), when alt-tabbed, the fact sc2 doesnt minimize is a good thing... Why? You can see through the transparent task bar if someone is talking to you or not!!!! Pic example: + Show Spoiler + ![]() It flashes just like a normal msn convo or something down the bottom if someone leaves a new msg, really handy if your 2v2 partner has gone afk or something and you're waiting for him to get back, so alt tab out to check teamliquid or something ^^ LOL, I'm going ot have to turn transparency back on for this! Thanks for the tip.

Maybe they just tried it once and SC2 sometimes (like 1 out of 10 times you switch) wont apply the limitation for the cursor so you're unable to scroll in game. You can fix it by just alt+tab again. I'm playing with a 3 monitor setup (middle one as main screen) and the max. windowed mode is working fine for me.

During gay stalemates you can browse TL, check the news/weather, get on skype/ventrilo/TS/Xfire and chat with friends. It's really the only way to play if your comp can handle it.

I also stream a little bit, once in a while, and the programs that I use only really like windowed (fullscreen). The stream video tends to flicker if I use regular fullscreen with it.

You really should've tried it before saying it doesn't support something.

Personally I use Windowed Fullscreen for both WoW & SC2 and haven't had a problem yet. Really nice for dual monitors ![]()

Not really seen a downside to it yet apart from Skype/AIM notifications popping up but that can be easily changed anyway :D
