Im assuming lings will have tier upgrades, like first speed, then baneling morpha, then adrenal glands or wing jumps upgrades(like reapers) or air mode morph so they fight like gargoyles in war3.

I never said they didn't. You can clearly tell in the wireframe in SC1. Here though they look like real blocking things, not just pussy little things with red crosses on them.

I'm afraid too much in SC2 looks bad :/ I am really disappointed about what I've seen until now.

I was scared to death it would look too much like WC3, and unfortunately it does.

Oh and btw, I have a feeling that I'm gonna try this game out for maybe a month or two, get tired, and then revert back to Brood War

I always imagined a ling to be more like a lizard than a bug. But im cool either way, as long as their attack animation is brutal

Lulzlings imo.

I have to agree though, perhaps it'll be changed, like the siege tank animation. The old tank model was awful.

I love the concept of lings that can hover/fly. ALthough I do agree, the lings with the wings dont appear as vicious. Maybe they should be like beatles. The wings only come out when they want to fly, otherwise, they are concealed.
