It lasts 32 seconds, and has 42 cd. Only 10 secs CD? With a 13 sec cast range that's actually quite the same, so i really don't see the point. | ||

Yup, a 13 range disruption field is almost the same damage potential wise as just flat-out giving Tempests 15 attack range, and that's why I feel unsure of this change.
