Here is your text with some slight improvement + Show Spoiler + Hey guys I wanna discuss about the carrier vs battlecruiser confrontation according to the lore, not the game. Here is some LORE info about these two. I have spent quite some time diving into the wikis to search some info about these two (as well as novels), so here is a comparison. PROTECTION: --- BC: - Neosteel armor, harder than titanuium, and able to regenerate as well - Defensive deployment of shields, which consumes a lot of energy - Point defence drones (available only to gorgon class ships); PD drones work preferably on solid projectiles --- Nerf Carrier - Extremly dense plating, has been subjected to numerous modifications at extremely high temperatures to remove any material imperfection - passive energy shields that can sustain a whole fleet pounding it for a while - Interceptor able to chase down projectiles as well ============ ARMAMENT: --- BC: - At least 20 laser gun batteries able to make a thick barrage of deadly firepower - Plasma torpedoes (only for some classes) - Yamato cannon (behemoth class); - The Yamato cannon is a nuclear blast kept inside a dense magnetic field) - This beam is extreamly powerful and could easily punch through neosteel as seen in cinematics - Stores 24 wraiths (only for the bigger BC's). While BC can store Wraiths, they can't produce them - j23 barrage ship to ship missiles (for the gorgon class) - Heavier BC's can have tactical nukes to bombard ground installations --- Nerf carrier: - Purification cannon, able to one shot planets with searing energy beams to disintegrate an atmosphere and utterly destroy a planet's crust - Can store Scouts and Arbiters for cloaking - A swarm of Interceptors (from 800 - 2000) - These can be produced onboard at a rate of 200 each 10 mins - An interceptor is basically a strike craft with a very high degree of mobility - It is as big as a wraith and holds 2 plasma cannons The carrier's central computer analyses the target, then manifactures the Interceptors according to the situation (for example it makes faster Interceptors for fast targets like wraiths, or makes Interceptors with heavier weaponry for armored targets). In addition, the Interceptors robotic brain attacks the vital spots of the target. To describe the effect of a swarm of Interceptors running by, the novel (Starcraft Archives) mentioned that a wave of Interceptors rapidly teared apart a whole fleet of mutas and guardians. Also it only took 40 Interceptors from the carrier Quel'ha to utterly erase the terran BCs Napoleon and Brismark. Super carriers have other heavier armament, but I could not find any details. This is still text only, and is already more pleasant to read. And even on the phone you can easily bold a few title words, which also helps a lot. I'm not trying to be a grammar nazi, but you put in some work in researching all the information and then putting it in a concise form, and it's a shame when it goes to waste only because the form of the text is bad.

the real problem is that there's actually nothing to talk about here

It is unimportan if a Carrier wipes the floor with a BC, because there will be around 12 BCs per Carrier. Otherwise everyone would just use Ships the size of a Planet.

In that case: I think that the battle cruiser is inherently going to lose because its crew is made up of humans who are dumber than glorious alien race Protoss. The captain of the ship, at least in SC2, sounds like he's drunk all the time, while the alien in the carrier sounds like he's on top of his shit. Hehe, Deadliest Warrior! We need a simulation video! This thread is dead otherwise.

At some point general feels too much like professional drama or game bashing. Its nice to have good ol' fashion who would win threads and flavor threads once in a while.
