2. In terms of recent tournament wins, the three races are performing quite evenly. Sounds great on paper, but when only 1 Terran wins anything, doesn't seem as nice. Can't defend effectively against Protoss cheese? Buff medivacs! Can't play greedy or cheesy? Buff medivacs! While I am overstating the imbalance here, it serves to make a point. Address the actual causes of imbalance and don't use some half-ass patchwork of bandaid-fixes. | ||

I want a game where all three races can trade even with their endgame compositions, not where a race needs to have advantage to just overrun your opponents and win before the late-lategame. I really hope they change some things addressing the actual lategame compositions with LotV, I don't think it's going to work out with the units we have right now, as sad as it is. | ||

Terran needs anything right now, either a widow mine buff or a full revert to original widow mine is in order i feel. Mine drops helped keep Protoss from doing stupid stuff and helped Terran deal with mutas. It was also a more exciting ZVT since it was more or less a mid game focused game of 2 2 ling bane muta vs. 2 2/3 3 Marine mine battling it out for 3 - 4 minutes on end, it was exciting. Now Terran's just turtle on 400 planetaries and turrets while getting mass 3 3 bio while the Zerg gets 40 mutas 3 3, and ultralisks with mass baneling. It is kind of stupid. | ||

I do like that they are buffing Terran, rather than nerfing protoss or zerg. I don't know the right change, but I don't really like the way this change is blizzard saying"please mine drop, please" I believe this strategy is just a gimmick | ||

Whatever they do, they need to reduce the amount of tanks needed for good trades/cost efficiency. I actually think the base damage would really help change that. Because then, there would actually be a reason to build tanks. | ||
