When you select the Base Control chart and you move your mouse over the help icon next to the chart combo box, the tool tip says:
For Hatcheries the chart visualizes larva injections (Spawn Larva commands; each targeted Hatchery has its own row), and also calculates 2 very important metrics from the injections: the Average Spawning Ratio and the Average Injection Gap (for each Hatchery which is injected at least once, and a global value for all injected Hatcheries).
The Average Spawning Ratio is the ratio of the time a Hatchery is spawning larva compared to the time between its first injection till the end of its last injection. The greater the better.
The Average Injection Gap is the average time gap between time windows a Hatchery is spawning larva. The smaller the better.

This is because voice notifications about game status and live APM use information stored in the Windows Registry (stored by StarCraft 2); and Starcraft 2 does not update Windows Registry for a long time now. For status, see issue #7.

I have this problem with all my replays. I have Windows 10. There are the replays with the problem too: files.fm.
I had run Scelight on other OS before I ran it on Windows 10. Maybe this caused the problem? And I installed SC2 on Windows 7, but I play in this SC2 on Windows 10.
P. S. I installed Java SE Runtime Environment 8u162 but it didn't help.

So Scelight no longer working with current replays? Downloaded latest version (6.2.28) yesterday
I get:

Thanks for the replays. New localized names are used for races in Russian. I'm about to release a new Scelight version (6.2.29) that will properly parse these new names.

Blizzard changed the protocol version required to parse 4.2.1 replays. Scelight 6.2.28 does not support 4.2.1 replays (only up to 4.2).
I'm about to release a new Scelight version (6.2.29) that will have support for 4.2.1 replays.

Released Scelight 6.2.29, adding support for 4.2.1 reps, adding new localized Russian race names, and having updated SC2 Balance data and Textures.

Thanks for your patch.
But still have some problems regarding to 'time'.
Seems like 'scelight time' displayed 1 seconds late per 1.6 minutes compare with 'actual time'.
I've found that problem when I investigate 'IEM XII World Championship(in Katowice) Final - set3'.
Like the example, 'Evolve Flyer Carapace Level 3'(22:12, scelight time) (21:58, actual time),
when the game goes into late, the difference is noticeable.

Quoting from the License page from the Scelight app:
Without registration the following limitations apply: - You have to be connected to the internet on startup to be able to check for updates.
- Each startup is delayed for a few seconds to remind you to register.
- You cannot change / edit the following settings (they will be read-only):
- Auto-start when Scelight is ready
- Auto-start even if no connection
- Email Footer. Emails sent with Scelight will contain the default footer template.

Basically all the features are available without registration too. If you don't remember whether you registered, go to the Scelight Operator User Page, login with your Google account, and you will see your status / payments. You can also copy the ticket from that page if / when you reigster which you have to enter in Scelight.
Inside Scelight, the application title clearly states your registration status. If you didn't register your copy, it will be something like Scelight 6.2.29 - NOT REGISTERED! You can also see more info in the Registration info page inside Scelight (Help menu => Registration info).

Thanks, I will register myself even I am maybe already registered!
Do you may have instructions on how to get basic information from replays? So how to set this up and what basic information do they contain for me as a player? The number of possibilities Scelight offers is so overwhelming.
