Everything but the DT changes -.-"

Tanks are a little iffy because they're the core unit of TvT.

But overall it's alright ....... except the DTS.

I dont believe so, with this patch bio + mine will probably die out. But looking at the mech changes, I think might turn out to be the new meta if mine get nerf and the mech buff goes through since viking will be strong enough to answer the BL tech switch. I highly doubt the DT change will go through though.

Nonsense, Terrans should not have to risk their economic lead by using SCV pulls. Nexus canon and P upgrades have to be taken down a couple of notches to allow terran drops and outright domination of P armies that dont have AoE damage.

In TvZ mech has too many possible counters, beggining from mid game scenarios (fast two base muta if prepare for roach timings, or two/three base roach busts if you prepare for mutas and have less tanks). But it' not as bad when it comes to late game scenarios, when you have to deal will Ultra, BL/Corruptor, Roach/Hydra/Viper, Swarmhost/Hydra and even Mass Muta compositions taking into account that zergs can decide to switch from each one to another really fast. Mech has been proved not to work in HotS (unless the opponent has no clue what to do against mech and brain farts every two minutes). Buffed Mutas, Viper and Swarmhosts prevented it from working in TvZ and it had no chances to be viable in TvP to begin with. Even in WoL it was mostly only used on maps like Ohana.

Oh god, please not that DT change. DTs are already fucking fast as hell. Most else looks pretty solid.

Edit: also, I'm not real sure about the whole mech air/ground thing. Terran air is already unstoppable if they can get there. They don't need to make it easy to transition into, that playstyle is super boring to watch. Really terran already get ground ups in those matchups, they don't need free air upgrades.

I don't understand why hydralisks aren't getting nerfed. Just last night I had a game where a zerg built 5 hydras against me and I couldn't do ANYTHING to stop it. David Kim does not know what to do.

let's say, for the imaginations sake, that the game is 100% balanced perfect as it is now, totally even between each races.
Haven't it slipped your mind, that guy winning a tournament, is actually a little bit better then the 2nd one?

You cannot favor a change in a game 'Bomber beats herO' one day, and say Terran needs a nerf.
Because then Rain comes and beats Bomber, and leenock beats rain, who needs a nerf then?
And the other funny thing, all the new changes was thumbs up except for those two toss changes.

Blizzard just trying to forestall the inevitable when all of the Protoss early game is figured out and Z and T figure out how to get to the late game with a greater advantage than P and P becomes garbage like it was last 1/3 of WoL.

That's a lot of changes, it's hard to say if all of this will stay balanced... The mech/air upgrades combined seem really strong for terrans. I wouldn't be surprised to see some tanks in TvP as well as a return of the hellbats in the late game, which would be a very good thing compared to the scv pulls.

How about give a speed upgrade that can be researched in dark shrine? (100/100 60s?) no?

(DT with 3.375 reminds me of carbot DT :p )

I didn't see that much zerg domination. Especially ZvP I mean, P are doing pretty well. Afaik it's much more about terrans winning every important event, and world class TvPs all won by terrans.
