Heart of the Swarm introduced us some new Zerg characters and their voices like Abathur with his Overmind'ish feeling, or Izsha with totally different voice. Also Niadra, Zagara and Naktul Broodmothers has similar voices, probably similar to the voice which we have in multiplayer.
On US forum I saw nice petition to add Abathur voice to multiplayer, because that creature is one of the best characters in Heart of the Swarm and it got very cool voice and interesting talking style. Also it reminds us about good old SC1 Cerebrates like Daggoth, Zasz or Overmind. One of posts on that thread was about Stukov voice in multiplayer. I think it can be great alternative voice to current Queen or Overmind from SC1. Yeah, why not have Infested Terran voice and play under "Infested Swarm" title?
Probably it will be a very nice addiction in Legacy of the Void, of we will be able to customize voice, like we can do that in Crysis with Male/Female voice for Nanosuit.
With Global Play we got an option to change language in game options, without redownloading entire game client, so instead we can download only 1.3Gb of voice localization. You can't change language assets and text if you're not logged to Battle.Net
I will not bring to discussion Adjutant or Executor voices because they're more similar between each localizaition and less debated last time than Zerg Advisor voice. Many players probably still dislike english voice of Zerg queen. What about going to Options and try to use other Queen voices? I promise you'll be interested in it, because Queen voices are very different in each localization.
One of best things can be non-understandable language for you, so it will look like truly alien language.
Here are examples of some Queen voices.
Here is archive with all Queen voices from different regions and countries. You can download only 8 mb and check every Queen from each country, then decide what you like most and then probably download voice pack from that country via ingame options. http://www.mediafire.com/?v4t5a7zl84and34

Want to say that there are a lot other Queen voices. Just download archive and inside it you will find other Queen voices. For example Russian queen is different too and isn't that similar to english one. Also French Queen reminds me about Izsha a bit.
I kind of like the spanish one but in general I like the Korean voices (Pretty much for everything, but mostly Protoss) better in SC2. I wish you could still use the SC1 voices for Starcraft II =(
This sounds cool, also would be great if the one you chose to be your advisor was down in the 3d camera, when you select buildings. Like adjutant, instead of having to look at an overlord, which has nothing to do with anything.

Blizzards are lazy to replace Overlord portrait to Avathur / Izsha / Zagara / Zurvan for zerg buildings
Korean has the best sound effect and quality, Russian has the coolest voice actor (that manly undertone is brilliant). But overall I voted for Spanish, because the combination of voice and language just sounds great (in my ears).

totally agree, mayby Blizzard should include different unlockable announcers for each race. Like: Zerg: Abathur, Kerrigan and some from bw like overmind, celebrates Terran: Raynor, Mengsk, Stukov, Mira Han, Duke Protoss: zeratul, selendis, aldaris, fenix, Raszagal, tassadar
I personally never understood why in Starcraft we had the Overmind, but in Starcraft 2 not Kerrigan. She should have voiced the announcements, not some random queen.
I feel that Abathur is a good second after Kerrigan because his voice is just awesome.

well yes, recording that would take some time and money, but introducing LoV would be a great opportunity to implement that.

TBH I expect that to be an addition to leveling up in a later patch with voices for units. Fair to say some broodwar ones would be back in that group of voices.

Yeah, his voice is really good. Maybe they should make some new rewards for leveling, like advisor voices for each race? Like 2 alternative voices:
Abathur (or Zurvan) and Kerrigan for Zerg. Raynor and Mengsk for Terrans. Zeratul and Selendis for Protoss.
It can be nice addition. For example Terrans have female Adjutant voice, so why not give them two another male voices. Or Protoss with Executor. They can have one female (Selendis or Mothership) and one male voice (Zeratul or other oldman voice). For Zergs same. Something similar to male voice aka Abathur/Zurvan/Dehaka and one alternate female voice as Kerrigan.
Also you can hear advisor voices when controlling AI. For example Kerrigan talks quotes like "Attacking enemy!", "Swarm rules!", "We must expand!", etc Her voice is epic in AI-control mode.

Actually i am almost certain that Abathu's voice is the same as the Sovereign.
Btw someone cares to explain about why is creepy the spanish queen's voice ?, since i am spanish i miss that detail (not hating i actually play with english voices), it sounds like a raspy mommah voice to me.

Probably because it's different from all other Queens?

That would be super awesome. It would give each player a little bit more customisations other than just skin and the logo thing (talking about in game appearance) Shame this idea wasn't mentioned during beta...
Keep in mind the Chinese voices in the OP is dubbed by voice actors from Taiwan, there is another type of voice dubbed by Mainland China which is only available to Chinese server, and which imo is better than the Taiwanese version.

Abathur is played by Steven Blum which is Grunt in Mass Effect 2 and 3, not Wrex. He also played Dehaka and Yagdra (surprise!).
I really would like new voices as multiplayer rewards or what not, hell i would even pay for them (10$ and abathur yelling at me not having enough OvarlooordzzzzzzzzzzzZZzzz) make it happen blizz i throw money at you!
Not sure about protoss voices: Zeratull that Protoss lady?

Oh good to know, love Steven Blum man. So many badass characters :d
And where do i have to sign up for the different voices when playing ? They could also add taunts to the opponent using their voices and stuff like that. But i guess that could work for a f2p multiplayer model best

I didn't make petition or something like that. First because this simply discussion thread isn't popular so it means that everyone is okay with current queen voices and don't care about that

Easier said than done when you have to do the voiceovers in 10 different languages or so.
All for a feature that is "cool" but ultimately unnecessary.

ofc it's not like "whoaa lets make this, patch will be rdy in 2 days". But considering LoV is under developement, it's a great thing to have unlockable announcers implemented along with the new expansion

It will require at least 10 localizations for each country, but they can implement something like that with Legacy of the Void, I mean add new advisor voices for each race as unlockables for new levels
Hope they make alternate 2nd voice for each faction to toggle it between female and male voice.
For now, I explored that Italiano voice is cool too and a bit creepy sometimes. Also as I noticed, portugal queen is just more crazy version of other queens. And it talks more fast
