really? 80% of pros believe that zerg have an advantage. I would take there word over yours
Although I agree that zerg is overly beastly right now, most pros are stupidly bias. I rarely take their opinion on a match up seriously.
1) As it have been stated even by pros, right now the patch favors Z. Simple as this.
2) Infestor need to be balanced, right now are the srongest unit in the game. BUT, with an Infestor nerf, some form of buff to other Z units is a must! Why Blizzard cannot see that?!! To balance infestor, a buff to the weaker Z strategic options is needed. Infestor right now is atrocious, as the Z dependence to it.
3) Same goes to Raven seeker missile. Imagine 1-1-1 now. Yeah, it will be problematic again. To give free misile to ravens, balance the rest too. That's the problem with Blizz, they keep doing "cool" stuff, but they don't think about the entire environment.
at this point your better off switching races, if you feel like its imbalanced then switch. Blizzard says the win rates are completely even right now so if your hoping for a quick fix then you will be waiting for a long time.
Hahahaha further proving Blizzard has no idea where to even start to begin balancing this game. Glad I gave up on this game months back. At least I can still enjoy spectating it, even if playing is only an act of frustration.
The problem with the eggs isn't their hp, it's the fact that they have no threat value until they've spawned, meaning you have to actively target eggs to kill them. When there are broodlords around, this often isn't possible due to the ridiculous amount of units.

As a Zerg I'm happy that the fungal nerf as it was didn't go through, but SOMETHING has to be done to the spell, saying that the Infestor in its current state is balanced is just a joke.
I like the idea of a complete refit of the Infestor, different spells or major changes, not slightly changing its units.
The zerg matchup is stagnant because of a number of issues:
1) Queen range makes for a defensive and offensive unit when it is supposed to be a hatchery based spell caster (creating larvae and creep are its primary jobs) and because of this, a good amount of cheese and early pressure can not work, and Queens can deny all early scouting with probes and requires commitment of an army unit to scout early.
combined with:
2) Zerg map haps er.. I mean Overlords. They can scout the map and even without speed can scout almost anything on any location, on any map, without restriction, in the early game. Cheesing zerg on a 2 player map simply is not possible, as goes with smaller or close by air 4 player maps.
Because of 1) and 2) Zerg's can play VERY safe early game with excellent scouting and can play reactionary in the early game. This promotes Zerg's playing very very greedy, giving them an advantage for the rest of the match. These 2 things together change the game and matchups when zerg is involved.
Solution: Nerf 1) or 2). Both is not required, but #2 would be the most effective.
Infestor still needs a complete rework, but killing overlord speed buff is probably the best way to force zergs to play greedy with RISK.
