- Eggs have absolutely no priority. - Even if it were viable to kill the eggs, protoss have to click so many eggs that the idea of 'killing eggs' before IT pop out is absurd... If they plan to change infested terrans - just increase the mana cost of infested terran slightly.. This would be much more worthwhile to put on a testing map in my opinion T_T | ||

Altering their spells at this point in the game results in a change that's either too big or too small when the problem is the fact that the unit itself is just too rewarding to someone that masses a ton of them. No one is complaining about Infestors in smaller numbers, they serve the same function as Ghosts and HTs in the other match ups, the thing that separates the Infestor from the other caster units is its ability to function as a core army unit in the way Ghosts USED to right when they got hit with the nerf bat. Changing their supply cost to discourage people from massing them solves all of the problems for now, table changing Fungal Growth's design for HoTS and put in a fix that addresses the REAL problem now. | ||

In the last test, they ackowledged the problem around fungal, that's why they try to tweak it (it was terrible, but that's not the problem here). And few days later, ZZOOOOM, they totally change direction and act as if the IT eggs are the main problem in TvZ/PvZ. DKim is a wind vane. | ||

2.- Fungal slows 50% instead of paralize (specially to let some marines escape from fungal-cloud combo) 3.- Reduce the size of the infestor a little bit (more vulnerable to AoE: storms, EMP..) | ||

80 health = 1 STORM WILL KILL. You CAN NOT mass infested terran anymore -- all of the eggs will die. Thus, you need support for broods and the game will move AWAY from 15 infestors 20 BL -- you actually have to have roach/ling with your army. Again, currently, the problem is with these people who get 15~20 + infestor. This patch will stop it from happening if protoss uses storm correctly in conjunction with the standard 3 collosus with any death ball. Now, zerg must sacrifice infestor/BL supply for roach ling. It should be noted that I believe that fungal should root high templar and ghosts. It makes it so that zerg must actually kite and focus fire these units with Brood lords, not just A move and fungal. Don't even get me started on fungal not rooting speed warp prisms though. | ||

That's great and all, except for 1: It doesn't help Terran at all who's struggling just as much as Protoss. and 2: it pins Protoss even more into HT if we want to deal with infestors. Fungal does root HT and ghosts btw, they reverted the change were it didn't I believe(hence these changes being the replacements) It also doesn't solve how ridiculous fungal is to play against in every matchup(yes even zvz is made more stupid due to "lol, fungal all the things!!") | ||
