In the US you aren't able to consent until you are 18...... Apparently you are capable of being in control of a possibly deadly weapon (A Car) at 16 but not able to decide what to do with your body until 18. He was put in the drunk tank at Dreamhack for being drunk in public..... something MANY of us have done in the past. To then use that as a basis of "keeping in mind" means that we should all be watched..... any of us could be a possible rapist because we got too drunk a few times!
