- Mech STILL has no viable anti-air unit - Tanks are 100% useless. They really didn't do anything there, going pure hellion/warhound will be 100% superior unless tanks are buffed - Range on tempest and core are obv. way too high - Like me and many other people have already said ever since HOTS units were revealed, a "click to harass" unit is TERRIBLE design. It needs to be a unit that you MICRO in order to harass, not click an ability once and forget - Giving terran the 1a option isn't actually that bad, since terran requires by far the most micro at the moment. Yes, it would be better if they made zerg and protoss harder to micro, but it's Blizzard were talking about here. They put in dumb units like the Colossus because they "look cool" | ||

Mech has some wrinkles now for sure, but the bottom line is that it's still immobile. The toss didn't do anything with WPs to exploit that, hell he didn't do any econ damage past about 10 mins. We're still yet to see how things will shake out. | ||

From everything we have seen with unit designs, battle reports, new gimmicky mechanics in the game, Dustin Browder and David Kim's view on how the game should be played etc I have to say that I don't agree with much. Unless HotS beta is open for everyone to play and that it would turn out to be alot of fun, but also that DB and DK change up alot of stupid things in this game I'm pretty sure I won't buy HotS. | ||

Enough tempests can 2 shot colo easily, and with that range. Colo is gonna have to hit a timing to win | ||

They just don't want alpha stuff out of their hands, and I doubt that pros are willing to give up WoL practice time to look at alpha stuff that's going to change heavily. | ||

But unit design just seems.... completely ridiculous. Terran now has a ridiculously powerful anti-light aoe unit in the battle hellion, that is super good at tanking damage and slaughtering zealots. The warhound is like a super buff anti-protoss marauder with more HP and more damage vs. mech. Those two units combined should be able to deal with anything toss has on the ground no problem. I guess phoenix will get a lot more play TvP, since no mech unit on the ground attacks them and vikings are pretty good against them (or is the thor still in the game? If so, pheonix are useless vs. mech). I'm just not sure what to do, it seems ridiculously hard to harass a terran army that is that much stronger than your own when they got a huge mobility buff... Fast units that do absurd damage vs. the entire enemy army except for zealots, archons, dark templar and high templar? Seriously blizzard? What a silly unit design. I guess archons will have to take the place as zealots in the matchup for the purposes of tanking, but I don't know where you're going to get the gas to afford them and the air units you need, along with a supporting ground army. | ||

The man who uses purify against a baneling bust with only one sentry will cry himself to sleep. Wait, i can get by with less gas heavy sentries super early PvZ..... I can go for more tech builds!!!
