Probably around even, though. The only time Terran was ever "OP" was the reaper shit. Besides that, it was only "OP" because of the metagame and P and Z not adapting.

Wait what do they mean, strategies where only a single creep tumor are used? Anyways, THIS MAKES SENSE! If hellions cannot deny creep like they used to before, they can simply nerf the spreading of creep to compensate. RAVEN BUFF FUCK YES! Casting range and cost appear to be secondary factors. This means they have/are considering tweaking them again. Anyways, Ravens are faster now! Yay! I actually like this, it will be harder for corruptors and mutas or whatnot to kill ravens now! Marine Raven ftw! Also it lets ravens spread out faster! yes! Also, Ravens are better in TvP and TvT woot woot

It's his worst match up and he doesn't want to improve or thinks it will take way to much effort.

As it is right now, SM is crap I fully agree but I think with some tweaks it can be cooller (but not sure if better) than irradiate. Honestly I always felt bad for those poor lurkers ;_; I was toss btw so irradiate was never a problem :D

You could micro the irradiated unit away from the others drastically reducing the cost effectiveness of the spell but the spell at least dealt damage. With HSM, it's all or nothing. Either it does impact for big damage or it doesn't for nothing.

As a zerg: I was worried that they were going to nerf zerg big time. (Which would probably be not undeserving. Zerg is doing retardedly good atm.) A little nerf to creep spread seems ok.

Otherwise though, HOLYSHITFINALLYATERRANBUFFWOOOOOO No but seriously, I'm very happy with this patch suggestion. I was just thinking earlier today how cool it would be to buff the Raven, since it seems like such a versatile unit, only hindered by being, well, slow and clunky. I don't know if buffing the movement speed with 1/9 (~11 %) will actually accomplish anything at all (something like 20 % sounds more appropriate) but I should, of course, wait with passing a judgement until I've tried it for myself. As for the creep spread thing, it's probably for the best. I havn't had much trouble with it myself, but pro level Terrans seem to be dedicating an awful amount of time and resources on just containing creep ATM, so yeah. Cool stuff.

And the raven buff is very interesting because now it is possible to micro a raven, but it is still hard. BUT in TvT there is also a change. I played a lot of known EU Terrans in the ladder and some of them (for example: Lucifron or Happy) are very good with ravens in TvT lategame. I hope TvZ is more balance with this test patch but i think it will change TvZ a bit.
