As for the hero of the story, he declares :
“…I chose Eclypsia because there are already some of my friends there: Elvis, Krr… And this organization has moreover good perspectives, interesting plans. Good to be there.”

You have a source on the management changing? Even if its true do you really expect people to believe the organization turned completely around?
The management changed a little, a few of them changed and Sarens took over as SC2 manager
If it was substantial, it would do them good to publicize the big changes. Everybody saw the big name pickups they got that hardly lasted a week.
I guess we'll see if things are really changed now. Eclypsia certainly has quite a reputation to wash out, but signing players that decide to stay on for a while is a good step.

Source? It doesn't say anything about this even on their own website as far as I can see.
The op just states Sarens as team manager. The guy probably just mixed them up, thinking team manager meant the whole thing. Either way, fun pickup. Keep making the improvements Eclypsia!
I definitely agree with the statements above -> still very shady, dunno what to think of Eclypsia, but after that stuff with desRow i really dislike them.

True that. I think they just were looking to get rid of all their bad ideas at the beginning so they could start having good ones.
