step 2: balk at defending invisible warp prism + 3 zealots because of invisible army
I have only one problem : show us the entire replay , not only fragments that you like.
i did post the replay a page or 2 ago. will add to both posts with videos though
1. the lock at same time hotkey spam is not really a hotkey spam open your rageing eyes. He selects all his army in ctrl 1. 2. The move his army exactly when my warp prism comes is like : he knew your army was coming NOT THE WARP PRISM ... but hey you never showed that in your little movies... WHY ?
By the way i watched THE ENTIRE replay and you can see it was logical to move and defend that base. It is pretty sad that there were 5-6 posts after the replay was posted that say he map hacks and they don't even watch the replay.

You can 100% verify that spades hacks from this replay. I watched it, and you do not even need to get to the warp prism parts to find clear evidence. It's the same evidence that was already found during the luci vs spade series, except even worse in this replay (i think)?
16:02 Spades loads up two dropships at natural, waypoint via minimap perfectly to an unscouted base in the mineral line
16:02-16:11 Camera block with useless spam actions, this is the timespades is looking into the fog to set the drop to drop at alej's bottom right corner base
16:48 Spades loads two dropships at his third. Notice next part in particular.
16:51 Spades two dropships are selected and sent out during this exact second spades gives the dropships a queue, first to the empty space and then perfectly into the corner of alej's base...via minimap?
16:52-17:02 This is where spades begins "randomly" spamming his barracks hotkeys while his camera is sitting inside of his own base, first spamming rally points at his third, then...
17:02 You have to rewind the replay to catch the following. But at 17:02 is the exact moment that spades manually selects his 2 dropships at the top to manually control them. During this exact moment his screen is camera locked onto his main's command center.
17:02 Spades manually selects the dropships to give a drop command or what not into alej's base. This is again, one of the most important and 100% pieces of evidence of hacking from this replay.
Spades selects the dropships without ever (in the replay) moving his screen to the dropships. They were not hotkeyed. It is actually 100% technically impossible to box select two dropships from the mini-map.
What this means is, Spade's screen is currently camera locked at his base but he had actually moved his screen to select the two dropships in the empty space to give them new commands.
On top of this, from the psychological/strategic analysis that alej gave, the reason in this instance that spades has re-taken manual control of the dropships before they get nearer to his base is because spades must actually have more information than he should - he was looking through the fog of war.
16:43 I realized I had to rewind to catch this as well. At 16:43, the exact same scenario happened that is literally impossible. Spades once again begins spamming hotkeys at his third base, but in reality at this exact second he has moved his camera is locked again, and he has moved his screen to select his two dropships at the bottom of the map, which of course were en route to a base that spades had no knowledge of in the first place.
17:11-17:15 Spades manually takes control of the bottom two dropships, this time as well manually re-positioning the drop and manually using the map hack to look through the fog of war (no camera lock) to drop onto two unfinished cannons.
I didn't continue to analyze the later warp prism shinenigans that alej described because it's unneeded, though i'm sure it's just as much evidence as the entire scenario that occurred from 16:02 - 17:15.
Whatever maphack spades has been using, as already gone over 5000 times, it obviously has a camera lock feature. Was this all a random drama "witchhunt" like we saw in the past about orb/destiny? Not really, I don't think anyone that has interacted with spades before wanted it to be true that he hacks, because it is a shame. But people need to understand there has to be zero tolerance for hackers in the sc2 community.
There are so many prizes/prize money floating around now that SC has become much bigger, that it's unacceptable for cheaters to be taking qualifying spots over honest and more deserving players that are working hard to get good at this game/e-sport. So yes, they do need to 100% be put under the gun so to speak.
That's about as definitive as it gets. Selecting (non-worker)units which are not hotkeyed or on the screen is 100% impossible.
Been a fan of you avilo ever since you made the ghost first build in the beta. Best of luck and much success to you in the future.
thanks avilo for typing all that out. mentioned the drop but you did a 10x better job explaining it-- he actually switches the move command into a drop command as he is about to enter the base.. not to mention when he scouts the base and it appears on his mini map he doesn't even check for cannons/units/anything because he has been staring at the base already and even sent the drop further away from the two cannons... but then realized they hadn't yet completed so sent them back closer to the nexus (LOL)
i wasn't really 100% sure after watching the reps at the beginning of the thread.. odd it took a rep i had laying around for a few months to convince me.

100%. Watch the replay. You have to watch it twice to catch it. Pause the replay at 17:00 and select his top two dropships. They have the queue command and then watch from spades view at 17:02 his screen is at his main command center.
Rewind the replay, watch it again this time in manual camera control and watch his dropships at 17:02. He manually box selects both of them and issues new commands. This is 100% impossible to do from the mini-map. His dropships were not hotkeyed.
The same thing happened at 16:43 with the dropships on the bottom portion of the map. Watch the replay twice to catch it. edit: Apparently the green queue line does disappear, but the camera locks at those times do happen. As well as queuing via mini-map.

I don't see him selecting the dropships at 17:02 ? They were shift clicked, that's why they changed direction at 17:02. Are you sure about this ?
Thanks for the diligence Avilo. I think that is rather indisputable evidence.

If this is true, this is 100% conclusive proof that Spades used a hack since there's no legitimate way to select units that are not hotkeyed nor on your screen.
How disappointing. Not so much that he cheated, but the manner in which he denied all allegations with such hostility after doing the SAME thing in SC1 after he hacked. This guy must think the TL community is retarded by trying to pull the same trick twice.

I agree with xSixAzide here. Also from what Avilo has given us from his replay analysis of Spades vs alej, the specific time stamps with specific actions used were nearly impossible for a real person and it's safe to say Spades did cheat in the games that were displayed on teamliquid. Does that mean he cheated at all of his games? Nope, but it does mean he cheated on multiple occasion.
To be fair, I think Spades should apologize to the public and accept what he has done. It's better to ask for forgiveness than to be ignorant.
St. Augustine used to say, "Forgiveness is the remission of sins. For it is by this that what has been lost, and was found, is saved from being lost again."

Which replay was that? I want to see it, too, so I can finally get closure on this one.
Gonna clear up some stuff for you guys who are too lazy to look up the hacks yourself.
The "Can't look into the fog" isn't true. He absolutely can. Such a safety may exist, but I haven't found a hack with it. Presumably its possible to do.
Instead, to lock the screen, a command is given, usually middle mouse, or an F key. This can obviously occur at any time, any place, not just on the edge of the fog.
The hacks I've seen disable the camera lock if you select or move a unit; this is a safety feature to keep you from getting caught. It is not a hard and fast rule. There may exist hacks without this "feature" as it seems like it would be a little annoying sometimes.
A big part of this is premium hacks. People pay half as much as they paid for the game, for the hack, who knows why, but these premium hacks are more secretive and offer more protections and features. Without buying, or someone who has bought, I think its most speculation what they do exactly.
Keep these things in mind; its very simple to look up the hacks and see what they do if you want, stop arguing from ignorance.

So yes, they do need to 100% be put under the gun so to speak.
I don't see him selecting the dropships at 17:02 ? They were shift clicked, that's why they changed direction at 17:02. Are you sure about this ?

By the way i watched THE ENTIRE replay and you can see it was logical to move and defend that base. It is pretty sad that there were 5-6 posts after the replay was posted that say he map hacks and they don't even watch the replay.

I'm surprised this thread is still going @_@ I'm not suprised more replays are going to turn up proving spades hacks though.

I notice that earlier today when I was checking the same moment, he queued the way point later, I was wondering why he use spaming move command on minimap when trying to order the 2 drop ships to that bottom left position.

Sorry bro, he does not select them, they were waypointed already:
edit: Ok, i was wrong on this part, your point actually stands. The line disappears after the medivacs reach that point. The points about the camera locks/precise mini-map queues do still stand though =/

The waypoint disappears immediately after, meaning he boxed them and set them to a drop command without the screen ever going to the dropships, the same happens at the south at 16:42
Hi, I personally believe the spades hacked, if you read my earlier posts. However I don't see any evidence of him box selecting the medivacs. There isn't any blue selection circle on my screen. About the green rally lines disappearing, I've tested it on medivacs. Say you rally from Point A --> Point B --> Drop @ point C - after Point B, the green rally line disappears when its on the prior queued drop command.
Correct me if I'm mistaken, but is the disappearance of the green rally lines the basis of your reasoning that he box selected?
TL;DR - If that was the last MOVE waypoint before the DROP waypoint, the green line will disappear after the you hit the last MOVE waypoint. If that's your reasoning, I don't think the evidence is solid. I still believe he hacked from the difference in camera mechanics.
