If you're a player whose strenght is the late game and you lose after 20 minutes then that will be a worse loss then if you lost to cheese. Also one might want to control how one plays the game by these rules. For the OP though. Pretty funny idea. Really creative. I personally don't have the dicipline to stick to something like this. But it would be fun seeing someone elses progress.
