For people that don't have to get out of the country, perhaps, but probably not. This isn't a permanent team, nor is it a foster home. Think of it like a farm team. You come in, you work hard, maybe, with a little bit of luck, someone picks you up and now you're a legit pro. Maybe some other opportunity comes of it. And maybe nothing comes of it. Regardless, a lot can be achieved in 3-5 months.

Totally open to it. Also considering opening a room to the general public for about $200/week, not including foodstuffs.

On one hand I feel like this is going to have a hard time getting off the ground. On the other, I do like your "no nonsense attitude" as someone else in the thread put it. That, coupled with what seem like a good idea... you have my support!

You said players would have to video log etc. their experiences, will some of the action within the house be streamed regularly, or will we be informed of it by forum posts etc? Essentially, how is the information/goings on being relayed to us mid masters down noobies?

The players you are looking for would make it regardless (they would have the drive to at least make a splash it if they wanted to take you up on this opportunity). It's nice that Razer wants to jump onboard, but if these guys are already high masters, living at home with their parents, have a pro team/semi-pro team then I don't see why they wouldn't make it on their own accord. Razer and you are pretty much giving them a place to stay and eat for 3/4 months or longer. That is nothing. It's more like you are giving them an idea of what it's like to be living in a house with players who aspire to be pros.
