I support this idea, if you want something bad enough and you're given the opportunity, why the hell wouldn't you work your ass off for it? I'm obviously not up to the caliber to apply here but I expect some serious grinding out of the players who are fortunate enough to have this opportunity. P.S I'm like an hour away from Rancho, let me visit  + Show Spoiler + Can you blame me for trying? | ||

At least, I'm willing to be cautiously open to it at first. The instant I feel like people coming out is taking away from the players' ability to practice, I'll cut it off.
