Where is this whole esport thing going to ? New comer viewers in a chat decide for the whole comunity ? WTF ? Those dragon's viewers they should take things easy and know who they are supporting, and be able to take jokes about what the man did wrong. Just saying.
You can ofc joke around, but there's a limit to how appropriate the jokes can be. Since the majority of people whom are working in esport is to get it into the professional mainstream sport, i'm going to make a comparison to football (soccer). In soccer, Andy Gray, one of the most notable caster in the WORLD, made a joke about the female ref in a Premier League game "I don't know if she know the rules or not". Everyone knows this was a joke, but still angry at it, and in the end he got fired. Yes, Dragon stream cheated about what? year ago? but he admitted it. You don't make jokes about people's bad past like that when they're obviously have changed. You hit people who are running away not those who are running back.
And i exactly stopped watching soccer for that reason. Because the soccer world has become so cheesy. So i pray god for this not to happen to esport. What it seems here it s kind of like starting.
As Day[9] has said before, if you start a sentence with "I'm just saying", what you should really be saying is "I'm so sorry".
This was mad mad unprofessional. And pretty much everyone knows Dragon admitted to stream cheating a long time ago, it's not some amazing fact he's teaching us. But saying that he IS stream cheating and that he is a cheater despite the fact that he has apologized for it and has self-banned himself from tournaments for that reason.

The biggest issue, for me, was Katu's treatment of the viewers and handling of the situation. You don't just blatantly insult viewers, that is bad business.
Katu apologized "during" and "the end" during DRAGON game. Seem like a nice guy to me. Normal trolled succeed. Then say sorry right after. Katu is so funny and by far one of the best caster out there.[/QUOTE]
You call that an apology? Maybe you should re-watch the video. He was playing the victim. Saying i'm sorry you guys don't get my sense of humor, you're obviously not my normal viewers and not used to my casting. Therefor you should just leave the stream because i'm not going to get fired over this and i'm going to stay no matter what so idc what you guys think. Then proceeded to apology again by saying that you guys should forget it happenned and it wasn't a big deal and to stop hating on his casting.
That's not a correct apology. It's saying i'm sorry and then playing the victim as if he did nothing wrong and blamed it on people hating on his casting in general instead of what he actually accused dragon of doing.
dragon fucked up once before....yes but has he done it again? No because he actually and sincerely apologized and since then hasn't done it again.
Has Katu fucked up once before?...Yes. He obviously hasn't learned his lesson that time. I think this time he definately will.

yes this bothers me the most. an apology and punishment for the offender but 2000 dollar compensation what the fuck thats ridiculous and overblowing what happened as if katu rigged the game then slept with dragons sister of something
The real offensive thing was how funny Katu clearly thought he was with his "trolling".
I don't care about calling him greedy or a screen-cheater, the sarcasm about factories in TvZ where he thought he was so smart was just rofl though. What a douche.

Why would you say that? What did Dragon ever say about this? The answer is of course, nothing. Which makes your attack on him rather inappropriate.

he doesn't even speak in standard english though... "just sayin' "
"I'm not even implying that he's stream cheating... I'm just saying Dragon is known for this stuff, and why else would he start lagging?... The fans can keep living in their fantasy world.... Do they not know why Dragon doesn't go to events?... I'm pretty proud of myself, I've got to say."
This dude needs to learn what the word "implying" means.
i don't get what the big deal is... he was trolling that's how katu rolls... and he's a pretty good caster... if you've listened to katu before you would know he was trolling... man TL loves to rage about shit that doesn't matter

haha so true. hes like : herp derp deep voice derpederp i'm so smart i got fucked at my own game derrrrp.
just checked playhem earlier to see if he was casting lol seems he got sacked
the worst joke is that now playhem lost one of the best caster they had. And also wasted a bunch of money on player that is clearly not sponsoring material.
