Lol no shit. Trolling is the "grown up" thing to do apparently. Another "grown up" thing to do is not knowing when to stop in the first place

Playhem does not tolerate any bigotry, homophobia, or general disrespect of any kind -- no matter how vernacular or seemingly accepted the terms are. Maybe this is a good opportunity for the community to come together and draft guidelines for caster ethics and behavior. It sounds as if this was not an isolated incident for Katu and the sum of his mistakes led to his removal.

Usually you don't have to listen to everyone's personal opinion, but in this case unfortunately you had to listen to mine. Don't worry about it. Just keep improving

![]() As for Katu, he went too far, and I also didn't like his apology. I'm a big Dragon fan, and still feel angry towards Katu. But seeing the current state of casters (where the likes of moletrap and doa are allowed to cast), I hope he reforms, is forgiven and becomes a good caster people can enjoy watching.

This tournament is absolutely absurd in design because you can just stream cheat ever so easily. It is their fault in part to set up the tournament in this way, for allowing stream cheating to be so easy and also lying to players that their stream is delayed.

it disgusts me how he thinks apologizing in a very nonchalant gesture will solve it all. just "trolling/joking?" please. listen to his disgusting snicker.

There's also the issue of "everyone likes a winner," and I fear that Katu, though his transgression is really less severe than Dragon's was, will be far more hard pressed to prove his worth as he's not a pro gamer or even pro streamer.

Now, the exact same thing will probably happen to Katu. It may seem ironically just, but in a nonsensical, chicken-and-egg fashion, where Katu's screw-up was in reference to Dragon's. Why do you think Michael Vick is still playing in the NFL?

I listened to the section of that video that people are refrencing and didn't hear anything offensive. He was just joking about him being streamcheating during the tourney and took it way too far. At what point in a reasonable person's head does it not click that since the caster is laughing and joking the whole time he's talking about it, that he's not being serious? If someone made a joke about combatEx streamcheating I don't think everyone would have lost their shit like this. But in the end Dragon has more fans than Katu (which is what really matters in the SC2 world) so Katu will probably get fired and no one will ever make fun of Dragon for streamcheating again. If during the next Code A or Code S that CoCa particpates in would Tastosis be "completely unprofessional" to make a joke like... "Well, if the opposing player is losing they can always try asking CoCa to lose at the end of the game. It's worked before"

No matter what the caster has to make an effort to appease the fans, he failed at it hardcore and he payed for it real world at work ect
