That's funny, because it's true And to the guys that have a US account, if you guys could do us a favour and post a 4th thread, but seeing that they ban people for suspicious reasons, I don't know what to think anymore, so now you can't even tell your opinion without getting banned ? When 1000+ people start an initiative to get something done, they ban people ? I'm speechless
We have to be careful there. It's very easy to be suspicious and begin the conspiracy theories, but it's also easy to get overly excited and overstep the forum rules and be banned. Regardless of what exactly has happened, we have to continue being polite and informative. Don't let trolls provoke you, and if you're too angry or agitated then better wait a few hours or days before posting again.
There's now a fourth thread live on the US boards, already at 3 pages. Support it, "like" it, and give Karawasa a thanks for opening it. http://us.battle.net/sc2/en/forum/topic/4063009077

Thanks to this topic for blizzard giving us a 2nd rename haha.

Hahahah, thats disgusting. They wanna silence you and us because they know that battlenet 2.0 failed so badly they would have to spend MANPOWER AND TIME to make it even Atleast as good as Wc3.
I feel bad tho that it happened to you that, it shouldnt have...Keep it up folks, make this message get into blizzards heads.

By the way, what was the reason for your ban? Mind quoting the message you got?

My only problem with the game is that the resource and food supply is in the top right corner away from all the other information in the game.
Seems like it would be better placed between the minimap and the center unit/building info. There is a lot of empty space in the current game UI as it just seems ported from sc1 which was designed with 4:3 monitors in mind.

They are only banning people talking about others getting banned.
So guys just don't talk about the bans. It's that simple. Yeah it's retarded but what's more important is keeping those threads alive.

yeah bnet 2.0 is fucking terrible. My 2 biggest gripes are obviously the dumbass custom game popularity system and the total lack of sense of community. Need to bring back public channels.

Wow. I got temp banned as well. I called them out for silencing Powerforged. I said they were trying to silence the community by banning someone who is organizing and unifying the community, something blizz obviously cannot do. Oh well. Should be back on the forums soon. I hope they listen to us. I hope they fix this failure of a system. Well im going to jump on BW for old time sake, if any of you find your way on there feel free to add me S.T.A.R.S-Raven.

When I first opened the thread, I mentioned that the first one (by Shiori) was locked. That post got deleted. His thread disappeared shortly after. Someone then asked why I opened it, to which I responded that PF was unable to do so. So the reason they gave is accurate but that doesn't mean it is legitimate;
24 hour suspension from the StarCraft II forums for discussing disciplinary actions or forum moderation.

That's probably well within the forum rules. The forum mods aren't those who'll respond to our threads anyway, and from my own experience with them (on the EU boards, though) they're very strict, but usually don't overstep their bounds. If someone gets handed a ban, it probably had a reason, even if it's "just" a petty rule from their book.
It's great to see that despite PF's having to take a break the new thread was up and running in a matter of hours. The US community is currently doing a great job; the various EU forums combined will still take a while to fill up a thread.

If they'd change that they should make it customizable. My eyes would naturally look up there.

What i would like to see is the possibility to switch minimap and hotkey panel with each other. That would be great for right handed people to learn grid hotkeys, the hotkey panel would be just above the left hand on the keyboard..

Wow, that's actually a really good idea!
I'll definitely vouch you for that!

That's a really neat idea. There's so much untapped potential in all the various aspects of B.Net .

Not saying that this would be justified, but it depicts how much this bothers me. I was thinking the same thing about your idea of paying Blizzard to fix it becuase it is a big frustration to a lot of people. Althought that wouldn't justify the matter, but I would like it to be done asap, so if small donation, but in huge numbers, would help speed up the process, I would be more than happy to pay €5 or even €10. With this idea in mind, Blizzard taking a bigger role in eSports, could solve many of the financial problems. Makes me wonder would Blizzard prioritize Starcraft more if we payed a monthly fee.
Please don't talk about giving Blizzard even more money to fix up something that is entirely their fault. Donating to a giant company doesn't make much sense either. The thing to do to fix this would be to boycott HotS until they fix it.
Personally I don't think SC2 is all that good even without the UI issues, I'm not boycotting the expo to make a point but because I've lost interest in playing the game (still interested in the community/watching games though).

Sometimes I wonder if SC2 had the same reccuring fee as WoW, would they fix it almost instantly ?

Throwing money at problems doesn't automatically fix them. WoW, as great a game as it is (was), has had its shares of problems as well.

Uhh, yeah. It's not like they lack the MONEY to fix these simple things that will make people wanna play sc2 forever and ever. It just needs a little friggin manpower and will, something blizzard seems to have lost.
