Blizzard wasn't going to let the TvP stats from Korea go unnoticed

Protoss gets the buff it needs, Ghosts get slightly nerfed but they'll still be really good, so nobody can complain

what the hell blizz? ground armor level 1 for zerg is 150/150, and now protoss gets level 2 for that?

I actually like this. ZvT is really close right now. PvZ is looking up (and this will only narrow that gap more), but I honestly think this will greatly reduce the PvT problems.

Wondering if we'll see a resurgence of the double forge build

upgrade buff seems reasonable to buff gateway units but maybe collosi/immortals or just collosi shouldnt share upgrades....

EMP nerf is good, but the upgrade costs are ridiculous, protoss doesn't need any straight up buffs with nothing taken away...it's already an impossibly difficult match with warp prisms and the last batch of buffs(ZvP)

Seems like a pretty big balance change for a minor version number. This should make the double forge strategy even stronger.

Nice to see Ghosts nerfed, although personally I'd rather have Snipe weakened instead of EMP, but then I play Zerg.

The most cost effective race with the most cost effective upgrades (affects robo AND gateway) having their cost reduced.

Man, I already had trouble in ZvP.. I know this is for PvT but man.. we were just getting to 50/50 again and now its going to swing the other way. +1 6-8gate timings are killer.

Problem is, the most cost effective race is actually Terran, not Protoss.

Also, costs for +1 upgrades haven't changed, cost for +2 upgrades went down by 25/25, and cost for +3 upgrade went down by 50/50. No, this won't break the matchup.

The shield upgrade cost reduction is a very good idea, but the others certainly surprise me a bit. The only good reasoning I can think of for it is to slightly reduce the huge gas consumption rate that protoss has.

1. +1 costs didn't change at all (armor or weapons).
2. I thought Terran was most cost-effective because of marines (and marauders, ghosts, etc. but especially marines)?

Keep in mind that Zerg Armor upgrades work on 100% of a Zerg ground unit's health, whereas Protoss Armor only works on anywhere from 66% to 2% of a ground unit's health.
