yea i see what you mean..do a base race then just warp army back so they lose a shit ton of production/tech while you can keep yours or try to defend your base.
It'll definitely go through some balance tweaks in Beta. I bet by the end of it it'll cost 150 energy and only recall like 8-10 units.
yea i can see a limit on units recalled so that you can defend bases/harass or just get scraped.
As much as I rejoice at the perspective of a new capital ship for protoss, I must say that I am very concerned about balance. These units seem very far-fetched to me.
Can the Oracle replicate workers and then load them via the shuttle back home? Is the food going to be separate for all 3 races instead of shared for the protoss?

Thats what i said, it is already stupidly hard to kill hellions, if you face 10 hellions you need 90 stalker shots to kill 1k minerals... if they gain hp and stay light, toss will have nothing to oppose them but mass blink stalkers

Hydra's need speed upgrade because they are retardedly slow off creep and therefore and never catch up to anything off of creep. They also were so slow they cannot reinforce battles quickly or be microed to spread against AoE attacks from other races or retreat which meant when you engage with hydra you either win the battle or lose every single hydra since they can't retreat. It is about freakin time hydra's got speed to have any utility off creep besides in big, all-in 2 base drops like TSL revival. Hope dmg is reduced to compensate along with reduced cost as they are dps machines when in battle currently.

yea but arbiters are tech dependant as opposed to having an insanely strong spell just sitting on ur nexus, im assuming ud need a fleat beacon to activate the spell which is basically nothing
