Too many Z spellcasters? Its the same number as before. They removed the totally useless spellcaster (overseer), and exchanged it with a spellcaster that actually does something. Not too many spellcasters, too many spells. Having infestors + vipers is insane without some infestor nerf

To be honest I can't really imagine that actually being very effective. As far as I am aware, BW had mind control and you never really saw worker stealing outside of BGH and FASTEST MONEY MAP GOGOGO. It would cost too many resources to invest in their tech and it'd put you miles behind. Unless you are already massively ahead anyway...

I actually think the arcshield makes FFE vs early pool and 6 pool's easier. From what I've heard it's roughly equivalent to a marine. For a forge FE if you save chrono, should have roughly 2 chronoboosts available when 6 pool hits with 2 buildings up so if you time chronoboosts and pull probes, you could probably delay the onset of the lings long enough to get a couple cannons up.

As for 6pool, the higher level players would continue as normal, while the lower ones save the second chrono to shoot zerglings.

Anyone remember Kiwikaki's use of mass recall against Stephano? That thing's gonna be so OP when you don't even need a mothership for it.

I am really excited for this now, I really think most of these units look brilliant and I like the change to the Thor :D :D The zerg units look really cool, and the protoss units look like they would take the most time to get used to.

Oracle's ability sounds like a joke. Stop mining... temporarily stop a building from constructing... YAY... Whatever happened to units with attacking abilities?


Protoss has units that attack, but it doesn't have is viable harass. A unit that can shut down an entire mineral line for 45 seconds with the push of a button, that can ALSO get rid of static defense, fulfills the harass role much better than anything Protoss currently has.

I'm super psyched for the Oracle, definitely looks the best of the new Toss units.

Also, does anyone know answers to the following questions about Replicants:
Can they target air units?
Can they "re-replicate"? That is, once your replicant becomes a tank or whatever, is it just a tank from then on? or could you turn it back and then turn into a sentry later on?

You can get overlord speed just as quickly as overseer.


UMMMM 17 sec overseer vs 60 sec speed not as fast. Not to mention that you almost invariably lose the speed ovi and the overseer can scout with energy- changeling.

Does the corruptor's channeling thing work on friendly structures?

Can you just lol and attack your own buildings for free money? Even if you kill it, the buildings are worth less than the hit points they have...
