You know those neutral depots they place on the map? Well you replicate one of those and you use another Protoss unit called the Phantommule. The phantommule has a researchable ability that when researched can raise and lower nnemy/friendly supply depots as well bring overloads down to the ground. Since Terrans can now build SCV outs of supplydepots you (the protoss player) build an SCV and start teching to a raven. | ||

If it were 40 mutas or if it wer 20 it would sitll do the same amount of dmg though I do find it interesting they didnt just add a 4th Tempest or something so that we could see the mutas get owned. | ||
