I just realized that it kinda reminds me of the Scrin from Command and Conquer. The general aesthetics look surprisingly similar to that of a lot of the Scrin units and buildings from C&C3, especially with the curving shape.

My guess it's a mini Void Seeker.

Notice how the center area is the same. Now let's look at the void seeker's abilities.

Abilities:
Psitrous Oxide: Increases the speed of the Void Seeker and causes it to leave shadows. This can be shut on or off without cost. There is no hotkey.
Throw Void Sphere: Fires as mine at a single ground unit, doing tremendous damage. The hotkey is V. The cooldown is 20.

So basically, it's a cloaked unit which leaves cloak in order to fire mines at ground units. Sounds like a great harass unit. I hope this is what it is.

Okay, i have figured it out. Its a flying station and its claws thingy can rotate to point the ground. With this special ability, they can pick up a collosus head and fly around with it. Once they have the collosus head, the unit can now attack air and ground with a powerful splash attack. The remaining headless collosus can still be used to break down forcefields but can't attack anymore since they dont have their head. If the flying station equipped with a collosi head gets killed, the head falls to the ground but can still be picked up by another flying thingy. To keep balance in mind the head can be destroyed when it is laying on the ground but it has 500hp.

I will be VERY surprised if thats not it

Dustin Bowder already said in an interview that he acknowledges Protoss needs what he calls a "raiding" unit. This is basically a unit that can do major harassment damage with micro dependent risk (like mutas or banshees). My hope is that, like mutas and banshees, the raiding unit protoss gets will also be very good in army vs army combat.
