Looking like a harass unit to me (too small/light to be a siege unit), but it'd be redundant to be a mineral line harassment unit because the pheonix works like that now. Building harass (not necesarilly destruction, but stun with electricity?)? | ||

This can solve the mass marine without needing huge forcefields or colossi early on, it can be a raider, also behaves a bit like the reaver. Solves a few problems. | ||
