I love Starcraft, but i not going to spent 50 minutes watching a movie about youngsters playing games. The most interesting human story in EG is Incontrol. I don't like the guy, but from the point of view of the film director, he's an interesting case. He may be a big-mouthed fool, but he's a competitor. He's popular and famous, but he's on an enormous slump at this moment. How does he cope with failure and stress? At least, that's the kind of story that could appeal farther than SC2 fans, i think Well, good luck. And i'm lying, despite the whining, i'm probably going to see your film, i'm a starcraft fanboy after all IMO the best documentary story that can be told are Tastosis', and apparently that's happening? I've heard vague things about the sacrifices that Artosis had to go through to be where he is now, and I think that's the best "human" story that can be told in Esports.

I don't know which one are you referring, but these latest "donation call" movies haven't barely started yet. You know, making a document doesn't happen in a week or two.

Seems like SC2, which I'm fine with, but I'm interested in how the organization handles the other esports teams. We're focused on the SC2 team for the main story of the film. But you can't talk about even part of Evil Geniuses without talking about their history, their involvement in other games, and all of that. It certainly will be addressed, just not focused on.

Hopefully they really capture the "tone" of e-sports and do so in a way that makes me say "hey, this is something I would want to show someone who has no idea about pro-gaming." That's our main goal. Since I'm a gamer, I want something that really celebrates gamers and esports the way they deserve to be celebrated. I already knew these guys worked hard and that the community was fantastic, but getting really into it to make the film has only increased that appreciation.
