Llewellys also states that he is open to discussion, he just regrets that coL didn't went to speak to him yesterday...
coL should be ashamed, and shouldn't play the victims ... If they had done this properly in the first place, none of this will have happened. And now because of them "thinking it's not even worth replying" they now have bad press.
Good trade? o.O

You could have been competing in GSL, training with MVP, getting flown out to any venue you want, having corporate sponsors drowning you in money... and you stayed with Millennium because of a loophole in a contract, and because 5AM is late for an 18 year old who plays videogames.
...... I can't say anything else. eSports just got kicked in the balls.
i would say stephano kicked his SC2 career in the Balls, instead of getting better and take the game serious, he cloud now play the next years in front of the great french scene

The guy had 18 days of contract negotiations and counter offers by mill, there was no unaware of the situation or sneaky middle of the night contracts.

Because you know his contract was illegal?

Yea, this is new information. The fact that col didn't give him a real contract, and just put some "clear intentions on paper" is hugely important to the discussion.

So let me get this straight:
1) Stephano gets opportunity of a lifetime. One of the biggest salaries, possibility of korean training and flying to international events to win even more money and gain experience.
2) Stephano stays on the same (I assume not great) salary and stays in french scene.
To me it seems like it was Mill management that pressured and manipulated Stephano into bad decission rather than coL.

So he's open to discussion, while saying it's not even worth replying to coL. That makes sense.

Other than coL not talking to Mills coach first, there isnt much similarity. Puma wanted to goto EG this whole and his TSL team supported him (despite coach lees rant.) Doesnt seem like stephano is very committed or interested in coL afterall.

This sucks for Stephano. He could have had awesome practice partners, a salary, and free trips around the world.
This was his chance to break out and become a star, and now he's being held back on Mill.

I Sincerely hope that Stephano lose all his fans and that no team ever toutch him again. I also wish that people would stop blaming the fact that he is a "kid", he is over 18 and more than able to take responsibility for his actions

Stephano now has 0 chance of every moving to a team outside of france. ggnore
And i can say that i'll enjoy his play just as much as i did before. And i'll probably watch his stream more often as i found it in this thread. Indifferent on mill/complexity.
Also i'm pretty sure he'll get other offers in the future as he's still young and a team manager would be stupid to hold that to someone when there's sponsors and money to be made.

It's the stuff drama is made of. Quite hillarious reading this useless thread full of assumptions baseless acusations from everyone (the involved parties included).
How about we all go about doing something useful for a while and come back here when something actually happens.

If Stephano sides with Mill in the end that could have huge effects on his career. It might go down in legend as the greatest missed potential in the history of eSports (or at least SC2)
there's nothing sadder than seeing a sick, SICK foreign kid stay in his homecountry, doing really good in his scene but missing out on the *real* action in Korea.
