You will only gain + in the things you specifically train at the bottom of the screen. The amount of the +/- depends on the training time you see daily. Training time is modified by the player's age, dedication skill, sponsor bonuses, teamhouse and related staff bonuses, and the inherent skill Talent (which is hidden from the player screen) So you will have a lot of red skills, but if the red numbers are large then you have weak stats in the aforementioned things. The green skills will also be larger/smaller. Most of this is in the FAQ, by the way. | ||

yea thats true...right now i have 4 players who are doing pretty well, they are around 2100+ ELO. they always get to ro64/32 on online warrior (and those who arent in forever bronze on LegoLand)...but getting past ro32 isnt happening much, haha i went for dedication then teamwork and now its paying off though, my macro/vX's have been improving quite fastly! | ||
