Maybe a league below plastic where players instead of being bought and sold, simply get offered a spot on the team and take it. Like you do in the beginning. Except these guys would generally be worse and you would only be looking for people who will become good over time.
Pretty much like a B team system. Or instead of expecting everything handed to you, you could save and strategise in order to buy those players yourself? you can't save in the beginning, you basically NEED a break out player/buy one and hope for good results to make any real moves. I've gotten outbid by like 700 dollars on basically everyone. You just have to be smart, not everyone knows that all you need is a young player with high dedication. Pick em up for $10 a day.

btw, there is also a hidden attribute of talent. A lot of amazing players have similiarish stats to others. Except its basically the same 20 something players that are winning EU/KR/NA lans.
When you pick up a SINGLE young prospect and he doesn't perform immediately a lot of people are dumping them.
I have a 2600 ELO player who's performing and winning me tons of cash, with that money I've already invested in 8 or so young players with high dedication and I'm just training them. I'm not sure which one will be my next superstar or not.
I got lucky by getting this player in my starting draft, but its also the first few days of this game. Smart people who spend there money properly and on the right talent rather than on some "potential" for $1000 a day on the free agent list are going to be the winners here.
Like a lot of people have said already, if you are having trouble winning tournaments, go into team leagues. If that isn't working and you have little income, pick up some streamers, make sure to stay within your budget and pick up some prospects, train them and go from there.
Even with $50 a day and $300 from merchandise income, you can afford to hire prospects.

Future superstar right here, folks.

Yep! Although i'm unable to click the players/individual players on the left. Sure it'll be fixed soon, unless it's just mine messing up,
Good game so far though!

I was so excited to play until I found out I couldn't cause of the email address I use, you'd have so many more players if you didn't force them to create a new email account. The limitation is there because the confirmation email does not get through to windows live/hotmail email addresses. I seriously find that hard to believe.
Nope, MS has banned our IP. I think it's because their DNS was a bit slow with updating when we moved to the new server, so it looked like I was just faking the domain name when sending the first few emails. Working on fixing this.

Really want them to implement some kind of B team system. Would love to take some young talent and train them up over a few weeks. But with most people bidding ridiculous salaries for any player that has potential, it just doesn't seem worth it.

I just want the ability to group people so I can decide who's who, whether they are on the A team, B team or are a bunch of useless streamers that you will never use.
I just bought a team house in SEA and its not increasing my merchandise revenue. I asked my friend before buying a team house if a player has to be in that region to be in it and he said no, but apparently that's either changed or he's wrong. You need to have players in the region of the team house for them to be in there. So, I guess there goes $2,000 down the drain. T_T

I thought you could make your players travel (move) to other regions?

'words of advice' dont listen to your friend, he's clearly clueless you OBVIOUSLY need to live where the tema house is to live there also, you need to BUY the upgrade, and if im correct, it cost 75k gl/hf

I thought of a new way to gain new players. What if you have a scouter or something and you can pay them to go on trips to find new players. So like $10000 to go and scout for players at the Code A Qualifiers or $5000 to scout at MLG Orlando. Then you wouldn't have to spend a lot of time bidding for players on the market.
