But when I go through the list and I see 1800 ELO's competing in a 1024 man tournament it makes me cringe. At least put a minimum ELO of like 2100. Also, every player in this game is supposed to be "pro" therefor if you win, you should gain ELO. I can understand gaining maybe 1-2 if you win 3:2 to someone you should've beat, but I lost 17 ELO for beating a protoss player 3:2 who was 300 ELO less, even though my PvP is like 45% win and is under 4.0 | ||

it's what they use in chess and such losing games to ppl worse than you hurts you a lot meh this is why blizzard doesnt use it as a ladder ranking system in real sc2 | ||

+ 3 for first game ( win) -17 for 2nd game ( loss) +3 for 3rd game ( win) so your elo will decrease for 11 points | ||

its very tricky to find a good formula look @ rela sc2, their ranking system is so intense there are math majors on tl.net who still havent figured it out cause its sooooooooo intricate(?) and hard to perfect | ||
