edit: Have you considered breaking up the free agent market into team level or team xp brackets, breaking it up somehow so a newer team has a shot at a good player? Another idea would be to add a hidden threshold for a salary that you get a 1time shot to offer a player on the free market to join your team. You could have the player travelling or some other mechanism for them not being available for 24hr. People would risk overpaying as a reward for searching the list and not having to be in a bidding war from $10 to $500. | ||
