Is me making a manican of Jessica Alba and doing it and showing my friends against the law and abuse? It´s not.

There is an article about BoxeR's loss against NuclearfOu: She insults the writer. Netizen reactions to SlayerS_Eve: She is going to the police.
Looks like she is having a hard time dealing with the fact that there are people in e-sports community that aren't blind SlayerS fans*.
Maybe it would be easier if she tried to not try to brute force every single opposite opinion down.
*I definitely am not defending people talking about BoxeR's personality disorders, shooping Jessica and Eve and all that stuff. But she is doing this to everything and it becomes stupid after first few.
EDIT: Grammar and typo.

I see, I didn't realise you were arguing with the sake of arguing. Strawmaning is annoying.

Uh, no? At least not by default.
I'm rather amazed you even need to be told this. Comedic use covers an extremely broad range of things.

Seems like a massive over-reaction but also a clash of cultures, I'd much prefer to see her answering her critics/trolls with her play rather than legal action...

What a shame if that could ever happen on our beloved internet. I think it's pretty disgusting, people shouldn't have some kind of right to not be offended. Being offended is a choice, as is ignoring it and moving on with what actually matters.
Funny that I read posts like these all the time when topics like this come up but the people trolling don't have to move on and accept how it is. Always the other way around. Why couldn't the trolls just move on accept SlayerS decision?

Just out of curiousity, have there ever been any accidents of movie stars, or sports idols going to the police because of things besides stalker/murder attempts/etc? I have no clue, hence Im asking, just I don´t see being photoshopped and verbally abused something that´s very difficult to live with.

Photoshopping any celeb into false nudity can be considered defamation, and if they want to, they can press charges. They don't because it probably isn't worth their time and effort, and they have people who will do their best to remove the images from the internet/tabloids.

Because they aren't actually ruining anyone else's life, and even if they somehow did you couldn't possibly place even the majority of the blame on them.
This is rather different to taking what is essentially friendly conversation, parsing it for offensive comments, and prosecuting everything that fits.
Its not a good thing when people are afraid to say what they think because some random idiot might be offended and prosecute.

What she is doing is absolutely ridicolous. Things posted on the internet are like thoughts, and seriously, I can´t see any good come out of this. I truthfully hate SlayerS after this incident. From my second or third favorite team to my most hated, just because people like her bug me.
The thing is, if I walk on the street, and somebody calls me an gay asshole, okay, he´s annoying but that doesnt give me the right to go kill his family. It´s not like these people are stalking her online or anything. In a democratic country don´t I have the freedom to say anything besides saying I am going to murder people etc, but it´s only words and really she needs to learn not to get offended by that. Just how you don´t bring some drunk punk to the cops because he called you a fucker.
I think this will just bring a troll uprising, and she will really be disliked. Either way Im really sad theres still people out there, especially on the online community that take certain problems this far.
I think even you can agree that you're grossly exaggerating what slayers_jessica is doing. A bunch of people flamed slayers_eve to a great extent for various things, therefore she tries to punish a few of them for being douches by reporting them to the police. Your interpretation is that someone says a few generic insults to you in passing, therefore your reaction is to kill his family. Taking things to extremes like this seems like a really easy way to make something seem outrageous. Especially your own points.
I agree that she is overreacting though. There was no need to bring the fight into the public eye.

Defamation has to be expressly stated or implied to be factual, this was just done for cheap laughs. Disgusting yes but I don't believe it's defamation.

If the matter was just the same old pro-gamer smack and flame then I wouldn't care much , in fact I would be against Jessica's actions , but if the trolls took it to a level where she (eve) is getting misogynistic comments and her face pasted on AV , then I totally support Jessica , those trolls crossed the line.

You cannot take serious haters and become one, and expect everybody to agree with you. A classy reaction would be supported by the community, but rage is making us to divide opinions. As a leader you should think about those things, even in the internet you want ppl by your side.

I think you're missing the point. The mere fact that an image is created by pshopping a face onto someone else's nude does not automatically mean that the image is defamatory or abusive.

It's not really a clash of cultures. Like I said earlier free speech is not absolute, even the west has plenty of laws against harmful speech. You may disagree with that but the laws are on the books and thus we follow them, or else. Same goes for Korea.
