I suppose that's kind of the same thing, but LA already connects to NA to play their games anyway. NA and LA players connect to the same physical location, and that won't change after season 3 starts.
And I'm sure the reasoning is similar too (population motivated). TW, RU, and LA are all really small servers.

Agreed, but not everyone fromSEA has good latency when connecting to NA.

SEA is really hard to ladder and promoted. I'd just played 2 days on NA and got Diamond while only stay Plat in SEA with the same win rate lol

Awwww yeah, I get to finally play on the Korean server. Time to see if the "NA Diamond = Korean Gold" is really true.

Was diamond last season with purposeful losses. Played my 1 placement match, LOST IT, and got to 100th masters. The server is not competitive.

It's kind of bad that Russia will be linked to the European server. Their majority of players is more bm than the average European and very few of them speak correct English. Yes, I've played with a lot of Russians.

It is pretty competitive man, I have been trying to crack into masters on SEA since it was released, masters on NA but can never get into SEA masters, play versus the same opponents who are much better than me and keep losing mmr when I am able to climb up there 
Either way its good news, lets hope they will eventually allow us to just simply pick a gateway to any server although I am tempted to get a TW account so I can play on KR server heh
