I guess you read the OP? Q. Will playing with players from the linked region impact my in-game latency? A. All players in the linked regions will be connecting and playing through the same data centers that they were using prior to region linking, which is the main reason why linking these regions together is fairly straightforward. There should be no impact on game performance.

Not sure about how it will affect team games, however. Will communication become more difficult? Will organized teams become even STRONGER than they are now?

No no !! by having bought a SEA version you automatically have access to NA. When you are at your login screen after opening SC2, there is a backarrow next to your username. Click that and a server list will open for you to pick from! pick the North American server and login with the same username / password as normal. Its a seperate account, so new profile, ladder and so on.

No, just log onto your bnet account via the Blizzard website and register a North American account. Unlike SEA, on the NA server you don't play the same opponent 5 times in a row. Unless you're Destiny getting stream sniped by Deezer.

HUEHUEHUEHUEHUEHUE. + Show Spoiler + ![]() Seriously though, as long as this doesn't cause lag issues I don't see an issue with it. There's no such thing in the LA server, relax. The "BRBRBR" people don't even know what SCII is, and the brazillians who play it are well-mannered.

You need a Taiwanese BNet account which requires a TW ID #. You can look up online how to generate a TW ID#, it is quite easy. You can't pay for a digital copy with a credit card number. You need to buy a retail box or you need to go to a local convience store like 711 (they sponsor TeSPA) and buy a game card (similar to a WoW game card). IF you really want one that bad, you can PM me and I will get it for you. It costs 1950 NT. (about 67-70 USD).

Taken from HayprO's Brood Wars Liquipedia: "Was caught using Oblivion hack in the spring 2008. Claimed it was unintentional but was kicked out of the Swedish National team and ToT for a year before he got back into both. "
