League of Legends has paid it self into every event it has been to, unlike SC2 it hasn't been able to create something that is self sustaining. Besides, IIRC, Blizzard has an "E-Sports" department, the artificial things like the community articles, fan art etc isn't cutting into face time with anything related to E-sports

Seriously though, I'm curious why EG's frod/storm announcement was so low key in comparison. I don't expect anyone to touch our writers' production and all that, but barely anyone knew about it and the article for their goodbye seemed like a generic presser, and those two players deserve all the fanfare you can muster.

Special guests on today's show include ESEA and Team 3D Founder Craig "Torbull" Levine, who was at Valve's offices this past weekend to playtest CS:GO, and has already given some thoughts on the matter. We'll pick his brain more and if this game will be the one to bring 1.6 and Source players together. ESFIWorld's Philip "Nazroth" Hübner, a former DotA pro and currently at GamesCom, will call into the show to give his and pro's thoughts on DotA2, and how the tournament has gone thus far.
