They said they will try their best to invite someone from the winning team. So hopefully they can get puppey. Please ask him the thought behind picking pudge. Was it just for the showmanship or it was really a prepared strat? Or they just thought they can lose 1 game and it wouldn't matter.

Or having maelk / synderen would be great as well for perspectives as competitors.

So if we are going to talk about the FGC community not wanting to be "esports" and the inkblot article on srk today as promised, can we bring up the fact that the wall street journal front page article used the term eSports and not "competitive gaming"

Obviously the term has caught on and is not going away an neither is it damaging to the scene despite all the inflammatory articles from uniformed or just plain ignorant "video game journalists."

There definitely is a physicality, even if it's hard to see. They say the hardest thing to do in sports is to hit a baseball, and while there is strength and athleticism involved, the primary component of hitting a baseball is not any different from walle or frod hitting an insane awp shot or LeXer hitting cha0ticz on dm6.

About the E-sport, progaming debate.

I might be thinking this too simply, but i don't see why "progaming" couldn't be named e-sports.

"A sport is an organized, competitive, entertaining, and skilful activity requiring commitment, strategy, and fair play, in which a winner and loser can be defined by objective means. Generally speaking, a sport is a game based in physical athleticism. "

All of these fits to progaming right now. Is it physical? maybe not as much as "original sport" but definitely there is some.

Just wanted to stop in here to say thank you DJWheat, Slasher and Sir Scoots for hosting this kick-ass show for so long, I am to like episode 18 on the old ones that were before my game days (before last year basically) and am loving pretty much all of it. I wish Scoots had been on the show in the early episodes though it feels a bit empty without him there. Anyways keep it up fellas! ♥
