I actually can't think of many ways this could be used to exploit. If you're not scouting your enemies base when the dark shrine finishes, the sound isn't going to play, so regardless if it's the default sound or a nydus worm, you're not going to hear it. If you are scouting the base, you can just see it anyway. | ||

The nydus worm sound is just a .wav file. It's the actual nydus worm itself that's coded to play the sound regardless of vision or not. It won't play on a dark shrine. | ||
