They can't patch this, it'll always work. I made a pretty detailed guide on how to do it here.
I'd make another thread on TL about it seeing as this thread is more of a showoff than a guide, but people would like still rage that this thread was here first so I'm not really bothered.

So we should ban MC for having some hot chick as his background? People need something that's not an eye sore to look at once in a while. I'm not sure what about this pisses you off. It's just a picture for someone else to look at while they're in their main menu. Not like it affects you in any way.
