Pretty much this, there's always a way to make it good I personally think the bungees and all that crap are a waste of money most of the time.

I have a metal frame desk and hit has a "V" support for the side behind my monitor. I toss my cables through it and never have an issue except for when I somehow step on the cord and fling my mouse to the ground.
|
I hate it when non-mods do this. So what? Are we supposed to stop talking about this? He probably searched for "mouse cable" instead of "mouse chord".
|
I game with a Mamba.. No cables for me! unless i forget to charge it at night at which case i usually wrap it around my power cord, seems to work?
|
I wrap it around my speaker with enough slack and it seems to work fine, except it does get annoying sometimes, but it's an easy fix.

Mouse bungee is best I think, but yea that really sux dealing with that.

This, think I've had it for 7 years or something such. A loooong time.

leave it alone.
no. dun use a wireless mic.

Buy a Razer, you'll never have this problem again.
<3 my Death Adder.

I don't, it goes behind my monitor and I've filed it under "Annoying shit I can't do anything about".

Back when I had a mouse though I kept its cable wedged underneath my speaker, far enough away that it wouldn't push "back" against me. Wow, you for real play with a trackball? if so I commend you lol. Can I ask what your skill level is with a track ball? I couldn't even begin to fathom playing with a trackball lol.
I used to play FPS games with a trackball, sniping with great speed and accuracy is much easier once you get used to it. However, i could not ever play an RTS with one, microing must be ridiculous!
on topic: my cable goes through a small hole in my desk along with the other cables and they all keep each other in check.

I'm all about the wireless mouse. No cable = no problems.

I conveniently have a vent towards the front of the computer, between the actual "front" plate where you put in your CDs and turn it on/off. You can fit your hand in there.
Anyways I just put the mouse through that open area so that the cable's not in the way and doesn't feel "restricting".

I give the chord some slack and then put my wallet on top of it. Works fine.
|
I tape it so that my cord is hanging like a mousebungee, works almost as good as a real bungee
|
I simply won an Roccat Appuri which looks different but has same function as mouse bungee ^^
|
Wrap it around my speakers.
|
I tape mine to the back of my desk, with enough slack to get everywhere on the mousepad and no further.

My ghetto set-up, with a shitty ps/2 mouse that I think I just found in a storage room somewhere.
