Congrats blizz, you essentially made the SC2 Scout. (anyone who thinks this VR nerf is a good idea, is clearly a terran player.. Nony's comments said it best, and clearly Nony is a reputable person in terms of balance.) | ||

The only thing you have to do to "tech switch" from mutas to corruptors is by stop making mutas and start making corruptors, which is fairly instantaneous since you get both mutas and corruptors from the spire. Adding a few corruptors (maybe more depending how many pheonix's they have) to a muta army will counter mass phoenix's easily. Anyways I do like the changes by taking the energy out from the Thors and Corruptors. Don't think units like that (especially the Thor) be instantly killed. Most of my other comments about the original news on this patch is on another thread so I won't repeat myself here. Not sure what to think about the VR nerf, mostly because that was for team games and not really for 1v1's. But if it helps the team games...sure why not. | ||

It might be me but I've pretty much never seen void rays as an answer to BCs, it's either blink stalkers or HTs. They didn't fulfill that role pre-patch, and really won't fulfill it post-patch. Kind of wondering what role they will fill now, odd change. | ||

Maybe they should just remove hydralisks from the game, and let roaches attack air.. rofl.. Increasing the roach range is almost mocking how bad the hydralisk is. I also do like the building health increases, which will help againist bio drops. all in all, decent patch, but it doesn't adress much. | ||
