Tester is IMO the best Protoss in the world, and I'm starting to believe that as the game stands right now, Protoss have the highest potential of any race. This is primarily because of forcefield. Obviously, we all know forcefield is an amazing power with a lot of uses at all levels. But when someone is a true *master* of forcefield, the things they can do in a clash between ground armies are simply ridiculous and cannot be overcome by either a somewhat higher food count, a somewhat better unit composition (barring massive units, which are all T3), or even effective micro. The fact is, if a Toss T1 or T2 ground army faces off with a Terran or Zerg T1 or T2 ground army, and they are even remotely comparable in terms of food count, the Toss will win if he places his forcefields perfectly, and there isn't much the other races can do about it except concede the loss, retreat whatever units they can, and then try to attack again when the Toss player's sentries are low on energy. Tester is the best forcefield user in this tournament, and we've already seen how devastating it can be. If he's on his game, he is capable of winning essentially any clash between ground armies in the early and mid game. That is a tremendous advantage, and I think it will be enough to win him the tournament.

on the other hand his play has been pretty spectacular at times and i think his tvp is probably the best in the tournament so who knows, maybe he'll crush everyone.

If it becomes TvT, the final could be Maka-Ensnare or Maka-Clide.

Tester makes koreans believe protoss is OP. When in actuality, Tester is OP. He has a very refined game. Kinda shocking he is making mistakes though. Cool is pretty much the best Zerg around. He is the swarms last hope.

Both are going to have to put in a lot of practice to beat the other and that will translate to a higher level of play form both. Right now I'd give the edge to cool, but not by much, especially if TOP is doing well in his team placement matches. I'm sorry but Cool is gonna roll TOP unless top does some super aggressive build twice and doesn't get scouted twice. Cool's ZvT is so solid. His play is like the defining zerg play to beat mech right now, and unless TOP strays (which he might but I doubt it), his macro mech is gonna get demolished. If any Terran has a chance against Cool, it's Clide. Who do I want to win? Cool or Check. Who will win? Probably Tester or Inca.

I mean forcefield is great, but your post completely forgets about the fact that ghosts can emp and emp has pretty good range.
