They record on Tuesday nights, usually around midnight EST. I don't know exactly when the podcasts are uploaded but they're up by the time I wake up on Wednesday.

They used to record Mondays, but switched to Tuesday because people who were going to events on the weekend, esp Day9 wanted a (well-deserved) day to rest.
