My situation exactly. Still, I'm thankful the autoreplay saver is still working fine  .

This exactly is happening to me also. OS is windows vista if that matters. Still love sc gears though (:

Win 7 64 Ultimate, having the same problem. The logs don't have anything in them besides "successfully copied"

I had a chance to take a look at it. It is caused by patch 1.1.3. StarCraft II changed the way APM values are outsourced to the windows registry.
Will adapt to the new format and release a hotfix version soon.

Open the replays or folder of replays in the replay search in which you want to find duplicates.
Proceed to list the replays ("List all replays.." or "Peform search").
Or alternatively simply double click on one of your saved replay lists or replay sources.
Now you're in the replay table (Results tab). Simply right click on any of the replays, which shows you the "Replay operations" popup menu. Choose the "Find duplicates...".

when i say upload it says "upload failed"

I believe it is due to your internet service provider or some proxy server cached the file that contains the version information, and when the new Sc2gears 3.30 tries to download it again (to check the latest version), some internal proxy server returns you the same old version description file (instead of the new one).

If I open the same replay from the main folder, it works fine. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be awesome.

If I open the same replay from the main folder, it works fine. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be awesome. I am running win 7.
The error message is: "The system cannot find the file specified".
It means either the file is not there, it has a different name, or you might not be able to read it (due to permission)?
Try to locate the file in a file manager, and copy it to a neutral folder like "c:\reps", and try to open it from there. Does it throw an error then?
Edit:
Are you trying to open it from a saved replay list? If so, you will not succeed since you moved the files before that. Replay sources are dynamic: if you move/delete files, it always shows the current state of the source.
Replay lists are not dynamic: if you change the files, the replay table is updated, but you need to save it (re-save it) so that when you reload the replay list, it will show the proper paths of the replays.

Repost, but I didn't see an answer before.
In 3.30, custom UMS map replays are being categorized as 1v1s (even if they involve more players). This did not happen in 3.20, and is annoying because I want to sort my replays into folders.
This is my naming convention at the moment

Is there a fix coming for this bug? Or some way to put custom UMS games into a different folder?

I already stated in one of my previous comments:
Patch 1.1.3 changed the way StarCraft II outputs the APM values to the windows registry. So currently it doesn't work with any Sc2gears (the APM Alert feature). I have to implement the new format.
Version 3.30 did not change the way APM Alert works. It stopped working due to patch 1.1.3.

Sc2gears 3.32 has been released:

-Solved the missing parts anomaly in the development charts in the Multi-replay analysis.
Missing parts of the charts are estimated with linear interpolation and drawn with dash lines.

opening specific players under multi-replay analysis no longer seems to work.
edit:
nvm, it seems like a localized problem that has issues with replays created today.
(tried a few more things, it seems like if I have a folder containing purely replays from today then specific players can't be opened, but if i were to add replays from yesterday into the same folder then I COULD open the player)
