If I have a replay open on the APM graph, and change the setting (ie from 110 seconds to 1000 seconds) under analyzer settings, the average APMs don't change - even after reopening the replay. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
Yup, I have the same problem, tried everything but it doesn't seem to work :/
but anyway huge thanks to Dakota, sc2gears is extremely good program. It's so great when you can analyze your last 100 replays and see improvements in apm, winrate etc.etc.

i dont see too much use really... Does it work for 1.1.2?

I dont know if this has already been suggested, but it would be nice if you could autosave replays into different folders depending on gametype (1v1, 2v2 etc)

I love your program, thanks for the update

do people get much benefit from APM alerts? Seems a little gimmicky to me, but if it works it works.

thanks for that great piece of software

It seems gimmicky at first, but ingame it points you to moments in your build or game situations where you're hesitant. I've found this useful to identify the typical situations in which my play starts to gets bumpy and I tend to lose focus a bit.
It is nice to get an audible alert in real-time since I am not yet "zen" enough to forget about winning ingame and tend to miss these bumps in the heat of action. Also with the alert I memorize these situations better than from watching the replay Live experience > pure analysis.

Wow this is really cool keep up the good work!

Sorry, but does this program give me live counter of my apm in the game?
I am searching for something that would allow me to see my current apm count for apm training purpose.

Wonderful utility for SC2. Thank you.
After deleting a replay from within a list of replays, the columns widths resize to their defaults. Is there any way to fix the column widths? Also it would be nice to be able to select which columns to view. I rather have more room for the comments and not have the path column listed.
The only other thing I can think of is if the korean map names could be translated to english in the replay lists?
Thank you again!

Really happy to see this update =)

Great app, thanks for all the hard work.
Two features I would like to see added, if possible: - The option to only auto-save 1v1 replays - The ability to have "win" or "loss" in the auto save name.

Hello there. Don't know how active the developer follows this thread. But what I would like to see is a feature to show how well you or a player acts with a specific race. I don't know if this is already possible somehow? A w/l-ratio would be nice for each race, because I am a random player.
After all your APM Alert is great... the muli-replay anaylsis shows me a significant gain of apm since your newest sc2gears release.. but i'll see in long term if this is not a placebo - haha. I can't say, if I play better with higher APM, but it should train me in a way to be more active. hehe

Actually this already possible @ multireplayanalysis
But i got another wish: I would like to see a development chart of your win ratio by matchups.

Cool, thanks for the input. Will give it a whirl

If I sort replays based on APM, the sort is done lexicographically instead of numerically (meaning that all my scrub games where my APM is around 80-90 something are sorted ahead of SeleCT's 300+ apm). Can you fix this?
edit: can you also split the player/apm fields up so I can sort by Player 1 name and Player 2 name?

edit: can you also split the player/apm fields up so I can sort by Player 1 name and Player 2 name? The APM column is not really there to sort by it, it's just to give some info without having to open the replay. I could split it into player 1 and player 2, but what about non-1v1 games? I personally play team games most of the times. No use/need of having 8 columns just for player APMs.
