Is there any way to display our APM while playing?

i think only while watching replays or spectating a match.. if someone else finds a way though, please make urself heard

There are programs, however, that will track your APM of clicks/keypresses and display it in a small little overlay (like the Fraps FPS numbers) while you play, but it's inaccurate because it records EVERY click and keypress regardless of whether it was an actual action in the game (since the program is running outside of SC). Anyways, that's probably the best you'll be able to do.

There's also no way of seeing APM directly from outside of seeing a replay, they need to make a feature to display the APM of a replay without having to play the replay.

Not that I know of.
I also can't imagine any situation where seeing my APM during a game would be advantageous. Seeing a chart tell me that my APM is low feels like it would be a distraction, or make me feel as if it's too low, so I churn out a mess of misguided clicks.
