they said they ll redesign it because currently it s too similar to a marauder

it's probably only removed short term to rework the unit. I doubt it's gone for good.

Zerg got smoked by the looks of this current meta. Locust 2 range? Ok fine - New oracle ability? MAKES UNITS IMMUNE TO NEURAL? Shittttt.......how do you stop a Mothership now?

Warhound bye bye bye back to the drawing board with you. Can't wait to see some streams with these new changes.

They probably changed it as a balance measure with the warhound still in and added it to ongoing patch notes, and then removed the warhound shortly before the patch but didn't delete the notes/changes

Lol @ all the people saying warhound isn't mech, how is it not mech? Mech is short ofr "mechanical" and warhound is a mechanical unit. And don't post the blog some guy posted saying siege tank is the only mech unit.

Warhound has been removed from the game

We received a lot of feedback from both the general community along with many pro gamers that this unit was not working in its current state. We definitely agree. The current plan is to remove it from the beta so that we can focus testing other units.

If we locate a better design for the warhound, it will return to the beta; until then, please play the game and give your feedback without the warhound in mind.

I'm more angry that they nerfed Terran Air significantly ... The Warhound is coming back in some form i'm pretty certain of it.

Interesting patch notes. Looks really solid.

Phase shield in top play could make for some interesting games, and is going to help immensely saving Mothership from being NP'ed.

Good changes, though I think someone needs to go into the beta to look at these changes a bit more closely.

Are there any ninja changes to the Carrier?

How exactly will Phase Shield perform under a variety of situations?

I look forward to testing out these changes.
