I found that with large bio armies, often units would die to large opposing armies too fast for the medivacs to go over to them and start healing. This issue doesn't exist with medivacs, since they can hang out over the bio-ball, in range of all units simulatenously.

Medivacs got the mobility factor but that is usually not an important one in SP. | ||

It makes MMM possible vs protoss. It will not be killed by tank or baneling. Btw. Which is better since you are only comparing two units. | ||
